Fees & Payments
Fees for office visits are determined by the complexity and severity of the problem.
Charges for lab work, procedures, and supplies are in addition to the fee
for the office visit.
We appreciate payment at the time of service. We are happy to file insurance claims
when you present all appropriate health insurance identification cards.
